The attraction is made up of a base to be fixed to the concrete foundations.

The main arm is hinged to the front extremity of the base and is lifted up by means of a hydraulic cylinder.

The platform is mounted on the top of the main arm and supports two 16-seat vehicles which rotate around their axis by means of small swinging bearings.
